Nordic Secondary Fund is pleased to announce that we have acquired a stake in Goodiebox ApS, a Danish online cosmetic company that offers beauty products on subscription.
Once a month Goodiebox designs and delivers a box consisting of at least five quality beauty and cosmetics products to their +200.000 customers. The classic boxes and products are available for single purchase on their webshop. Besides Denmark, Goodiebox is available in Sweden, Finland, Norway, The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Goodiebox is a unique way to connect brands with customers, combined with their strong digital identity and ability to innovate, we believe Goodiebox will continue to grow in the future.
With the investment in Goodiebox Nordic Secondary Fund I’s portfolio now consists of: Klarna, OnRobot, ROOM, Click & Grow, MapsPeople, GoMore, Varjo, Norlase, Cathvision and Goodiebox.
