Founded in late 2018, Nordic Secondary Fund (N2F) is the first and largest secondary-only fund in the New Nordic Region. In total, the fund has raised more than €140M, and done more than 30 transactions. From their first fund, 25% of the capital has been invested in Baltic scaleups, and from their second fund, from where they are currently investing from, more than 45%so the capital being deployed so far, has also been allocated to great Balticfounders/companies.
Peter Sandberg, the Founding Partner at Nordic Secondary Fund says that their team is thrilled to be joining the ranks of the Estonian PrivateEquity and Venture Capital Association. „This membership opens up exciting new opportunities to do more secondary deals in the near future, and thereby provide more liquidity to the Estonian/Baltic founders and ecosystem. In the past 3 years, we have bought secondaries from Estonian/Baltic founders for more than €25M, and we are excited and looking forward to doing more work together,” Sandberg adds.
