Nordic Secondary Fund's portfolio company Bokio, a Swedish software and fintech company, has been acquired by Visma.
With this acquisition Visma will strengthen its offering to its customers with a strong cloud ERP and fintech solutions intended for the Small and Micro segment in Europe.
Nordic Secondary Fund bought a stake in Bokio in November 2021, as an addition to Nordic Secondary Fund's first fund, with an ownership share of 5.5% before the sale to Visma.
